Products customized by MidwestBoots.com are subject to a limited one year warranty from the date of purchase. This warranty covers defects in material and workmanship in the normal use of the products. Normal wear & tear will not be considered to be a defect. MidwestBoots.com will not be responsible for items that are misused, abused, neglected or exposed to substances that degrade the items.

Defective items will be repaired, replaced or credited at the discretion of MidwestBoots.com. Any replacement must be for the same style and size as the defective item.

Midwestboots.com will not be liable for any direct, indirect or consequential damages.

This limited warranty shall be governed by, construed and interpreted in accordance with the local laws of the State of Wisconsin, except only to the extent replaced or precluded by other law of mandatory application.

Defective Item Processing

• Contact Customer Service for a Return Authorization
• Footwear Will Be Repaired When Possible. A Credit or Replacement May Be Made at Our Discretion.
• Credit May Be Pro-Rated Based on the Item Condition and Length of Wear.
• No Credit, Replacement or Repair Will Be Issued for Footwear That Has Been Cut, Punctured, Abused, Exposed to Substances That Cause Degradation or Used for Unintended Purposes.
