Shipping Time
For standard
ground shipping to the continental USA, you
should expect to receive your shoes within 4 to
8 business days. Expedited orders
typically ship out the business day following
the order date. Therefore, next day
shipments should arrive within two business days
of the order date. Second day shipments
should arrive within three business days of the
order date. Please note that business days
do not include weekends or holidays. If
you have ordered multiple items, they may arrive
as separate shipments on different days.
Returns/Exchange Policy
Midwest Boots
offers a 100% guarantee on all products. If you
return your product in new condition
within 30 days of purchase you will receive a
full refund for the returned item or items.
Returned items
MUST be returned in the original brand-labeled
shoe box. Place this brand shoe box
into a separate shipping box or wrap it with
shipping paper prior to affixing any return
shipping labels. Please DO NOT affix
shipping labels or tape directly to the brand
shoe box. For items returned
without the original brand shoe box or in a
brand shoe box damaged by tape or shipping
labels, a
$10.00 fee will be applied when issuing
the refund. Charges for expedited
shipping, Alaska/Hawaii shipping and APO/FPO
shipping will not be refunded. Refunds
will post to your account within 10 business
days of the date we receive the return. We
recommend that the shoes be tried on in a
carpeted area to ensure there will be no wear on
the sole in case of improper fit.
Return/Exchange Instructions
For both returns and exchanges, you will need to
include a note indicating either your original
order number
or the first and
last name on the credit card that was
used to make the purchase. For your
security, we recommend that you DO NOT write
credit card numbers on notes sent with your
return. If you need to exchange your shoes for
a new style/size, the note must also include the
item code and size of the shoe you are
requesting which can be found on the web page
for that item. You may also
click here for a return form that
may be printed and filled out to send with your
return/exchange. To view/print this form
your computer must have software capable of
reading pdf documents.

Defective Shoe Policy
Defective shoes must be
returned
within 60 days of receiving your order. Please
send us your note with the description of the
defect and we will issue a refund or exchange
your shoes for a new pair. Normal wear and tear
of the shoe will not be considered to be a
defect.
Note: Only one new pair
of shoes can be deemed
defective per order.
Additional defectives
will be the
responsibility of the
purchaser.
